This is always a sell-out event and a night not to be missed. So, get ready to pop those bottles, celebrate with your fellow MYP’ers, and raise plenty of cash for our chosen charity, An Hour for Others.

An Hour for Others is a Liverpool-based charity that improves the lives of vulnerable people by delivering home refurbishments, running children’s groups, organising community events, and providing health and well-being activities. They also carry out acts of kindness such as delivering tailored Christmas gifts to hundreds of children and bring together skilled volunteers and local businesses to offer practical help and create stronger, more connected communities. 

Whether you’re an MYP’er of past, present or future, there’s a place for you at our ball. There will be plenty of fun to be had including food, drinks, live music and more!

🎟️ Tickets are available now and cost £90pp or £900 for a table of 10, and include a drink on arrival and a three-course gala dinner.

Dress code is Black Tie (Think Viva Las Vegas 🎇) and the night begins at 6:30pm.

What's the access like?

The Hilton advises that the event space is accessible via a lift, and that accessible toilets are available.

How can I support the Charity Ball and help raise funds for An Hour for Others?

We’re looking for some amazing raffle prizes from local businesses, and we have sponsorship and partnership packages available.

Please get in touch if you can support, or you think we could work together on this event.

When are payments due?

 Payment is due by no later than 2 October 2025. We kindly ask that payment is made by this date as final details must be confirmed with the venue.

If payment is not received by this time, we cannot guarantee that your place at the ball is secured. 

Please be sure to let us know as soon as possible if there are any difficulties in processing your payment. 

I've changed my mind and can no longer make it!

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person within the guest organisation – notice is required to be provided to MYP if the booked place has been transferred.

MEMBERSHIPS

The MYP ball is open to members and non-members alike and the MYP Ball is held for the charity and sits outside of our calendar of annual member events.
