Group Workout at Absolute Body Solutions 🏋️

Join us for a group workout hosted by Absolute Body Solutions (ABS) - part of our MYP Feel Good January Series!

Expect great energy, expert coaching, and a fun, welcoming session to help you start 2026 feeling strong and reset after the festive break.

Event Details:

📅 ⏰ When: Thursday January 22nd from 6:10pm

📍  Where: Absolute Body Solutions, 14 Castle Street, Liverpool

🎟️ Cost: FREE for MYP Members | £5 Non-Members

💪 What’s Included: Pre-workout beverage followed by a 45-minute full-body group workout

Join us at the gym from 6:10pm onwards. Help yourself to a pre-workout beverage and catch up with the MYP community after the festive break. A group workout, designed to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger, with Liverpool's top PT's will begin at 6:30pm.

The workout is open to all fitness levels and will involve a dynamic mix of machines and equipment based workouts, working your whole body in one powerful session.

NOTE: Please ensure you are wearing suitable workout clothing and footwear for the session. Changing rooms will be available on site.

FREE HEALTH CHECK

As part of our January Series, we’re also partnering with the Tim Cogley Foundation, to offer a free health check,  in association with Randox Health, designed to test for risk of coronary heart disease. If you’re in Merseyside, aged 18-39 and interested in taking part, we can share more information - just let us know.

What drinks are provided?

A pre-workout (caffeinated) drink will be available. Water machines are also available in the gym for you to refill your own bottle before and during the session.

What's the access to the venue like?
