We’re teaming up with Steel Habitat for a unique MYP morning of movement and connection.

Join us for a group PT session led by Steel Habitat’s expert coaches — tailored to your goals, whether that’s building strength and muscle or boosting overall fitness. You’ll work hard in a supportive, high-energy environment that makes weights training approachable and fun.

Afterwards, cool down and catch up over pastries and coffee served in the gym — the perfect way to refuel and get to know other members.
