Start your day the right way, unwind and energise in perfect balance at Merseyside Young Professionals’ Yogalates session with Eleven:Eleven Studios.

Join us for this beginner friendly class which blends breath, stretch and stability to leave you feeling longer, lighter and focused, followed by a relaxed networking hour over at Parliament Sq Coffee. Expect mindful movement, core strength and great conversations to set you up for the day.

Spaces are limited to 20 individuals, and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Itinerary:

• Arrive at Eleven:Eleven Studios from 7:45am

• 1-hour Yogalates session to begin promptly at 8:00am

• Move to Parliament Sq Coffee at 9:00am

• Coffee and Networking until 10:00am
